Mastrojanni Olio Extra Vergine d'Oliva 0,5L Rosévin 30% friulano (from Rosazzo vineyard)This organic Extra Virgin olive oil is pressed from a classic Tuscan mix of olivastra, moraiolo, leccino, correggiolo, leccio del corno and a small portion of pendolino. The combination creates a vibrant, green oil with plenty of herbal notes. The aroma opens with fresh herbs, artichoke and a subtle hint of tomato stem. On the palate, the oil is fruity and harmonious, accompanied by a medium intensity, persistent bitterness and a gentle, spicy warmth.
